الکُلِّيَاتُ القُرْآنيَّةُ وأَثَرُهَا في التَّفْسيرِ، عِنْدَ بَکْرٍ القُشَيْرِيِّ

 يتناول البحثُ الکليات القرآنية عند بکر القشيري من کتابه (أحکام القرآن)، وبيان منهجَه في إيرادها وتوجيهها والاحتجاج بها عند الترجيح، سواء في مسائل التفسير أو الفقه، مع دراسةٍ علميةٍ لتلک الکليات، وتوجيه معانيها، وبيان أثرها في التفسير، وذکر أمثلة لها. وقد مهَّد الباحثُ لذلک بتعريفٍ موجزٍ بالقشيري، ثم عرَّف موجِزاً بالکليات وأنواعها، ثم دَرَسَ الکليات تفصيلاً، مبرزاً أثر مذهب القشيري الفقهي (المالکي) على تلک الکليات من عدمه، وسلک الباحثُ في مناقشة الأقوال عند الاختلاف: منهج الترجيح المعلل، مستشهداً بالکتاب والسنة ولغة العرب.
The research deals with the Qur’anic faculties of Bakr al-Qushayri from his book (Rulings of the Qur’an), and a statement of his method for reporting, directing and invoking them when weighting, whether in matters of interpretation or jurisprudence, with a scientific study of those faculties, directing their meanings, stating their impact on interpretation, and mentioning examples of them. The researcher paved the way for that with a brief definition of Al-Qushayri, then briefly introduced the colleges and their types, then studied the colleges in detail, highlighting the effect of the al-Qushayri doctrine of jurisprudence (al-Maliki) on those colleges or not.
