هل توطيد علاقة الأزهر بالفاتيکان موالاة للکافرين ؟ " دراسة فقهية "

" موالاة الکافرين موضوع من الموضوعات الشائکة التي يغالى فيها بعض المتشددين فيصفون کل من يتعامل مع غير المسلمين بالموالاة لهم ، ومن ثم کفرهم وإخراجهم من الملة ، دون الوقوف على حقيقتها من التقرب وإظهار المحبة والنصرة بالأقوال والأفعال والنوايا لمن يتخذه الإنسان ولياَ ، وعدم التفرقة بين المداراة والموالاة المنهي عنها وصورها ، وأن المعاملة بالبر والإحسان مع غير المسلمين هو من صميم الشريعة الإسلامية المتمثلة في القرآن والسنة والسلف الصالح ولا تندرج تحت أي نوع من أنواع الموالاة المنهي عنها ، وعليه کان لابد لمؤسسة عريقة مثل الأزهر الشريف ، ممثلاً عن الدين الإسلامي في العالم أجمع أن ينفتح مع العالم الخارجي من خلال المواثيق والمؤتمرات والمعاهدات التي تخص القضايا الإنسانية فنحن جميعاً في عالم واحد فلابد من وضع أساسيات معينة لکي نتعايش بسلام وأمان ، مبيناً حقيقة الدين الحنيف وقيمه ، مع عدم المساس بالأصول الثابتة ، وقد بينت في هذا البحث حقيقة الموالاة ، ومعاملة المسلمين للکافرين المحايدين، وان توطيد العلاقة بين الأزهر الشريف والفاتيکان من خلال وثيقة الأخوة ، واهم البنود التي اشتملت عليها ما هي إلا معاملة بالبر والإحسان لغير المسلمين المحايدين ، وهي ما يطلق عليها مداراة لا موالاة

Certain basics must be laid in order for us to coexist in peace and security, showing the truth of the true religion and its values, without prejudice to the established principles, and I have shown in this research the reality of loyalty and treatment of Muslims For neutral unbelievers, and the consolidation of the relationship between Al-Azhar and the Vatican through the brotherhood document, and the most important items that it included are nothing but Dealing with righteousness and kindness to neutral non-Muslims, which is called politeness, not loyalty.
