وصية الإمام علي بن أبي طالب – کرم الله وجهه – لابنه الحسن دراسة تحليلية نقدية في ضوء المنهج الاجتماعي

تدور فکرة هذا البحث حول دراسة وصية الإمام علي بن أبي طالب – کرم الله وجهه – المطولة لابنه الحسن من کتاب نهج البلاغة ، والتي کتبها إليه عقب انصرافه من موقعة صفين وذلک ببلدة حاضرين بالعراق .
وجاء هذا البحث في مقدمة وتمهيد وخمسة مباحث وذلک علي النحو التالي :
المقدمة وتناولت من خلالها التعريف بموضوع البحث وأهميته وخطة السير فيه، ثم التمهيد وتناولت فيه الحديث عن فن الوصية وتطورها عبر العصور مبتدأ بالحديث عن الوصية في العصر الجاهلي ، ثم الحديث عن الوصية في العصر النبوي ، ثم الحديث عن الوصية في عصور الخلفاء الراشدين ، وصولًا إلي الوصية في عهد الإمام علي بن أبي طالب .
ثم بعد ذلک المبحث الأول وجاء بعنوان ( دوافع وصية الإمام عليّ لابنه الحسن) ، ثم المبحث الثاني بعنوان ( المحاور والأفکار الرئيسية في الوصية محل الدراسة ) ، ثم المبحث الثالث بعنوان ( ملامح وسمات شخصية الإمام علي بن أبي طالب من وصيته ) ، ثم المبحث الرابع بعنوان ( ملامح وسمات شخصية الإمام الحسن من الوصية ) ، ثم المبحث الخامس بعنوان ( الخصائص والسمات الفنية والأسلوبية في الوصية ) ، ثم بعد ذلک خاتمة البحث ونتائجه ، مبينًا بتلک الدراسة أهمية وقيمة تلک الوصية العلوية ومدي ملائمتها للأجيال في کل زمان ومکان .
The idea of this research revolves around studying the lengthy will of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib - may God bless him - to his son Al-Hassan from the book Nahj Al-Balaghah, which he wrote to him after his departure from the two rows in the town of Hadaren in Iraq.
This research came in an introduction, preface, and five sections, as follows:
Introduction through which I dealt with the definition of the research topic, its importance, and the plan to walk in it, then the preface and dealt with the discussion about the art of the will and its development through the ages, beginning with talking about the will in the pre-Islamic era, then talking about the will in the Prophet’s era, then talking about the will in the eras of the Rightly Guided Caliphs, up to The will in the era of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib.
Then after that the first topic came under the title (Motives of Imam Ali’s Will to his Son Al Hassan), then the second topic entitled (The main themes and ideas in the will in question), then the third topic entitled (Features and Characteristics of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib from his Will), then the fourth topic Entitled (Features and Characteristics of Imam al-Hassan from the Will), then the Fifth Study entitled (Technical and Stylistic Features and Features in the Will), then after that the conclusion of the research and its results, indicating with that study the importance and value of this supreme commandment and its suitability for generations in every time and place.
