يثبت التاريخ أن المرأة عانت ويلات من الظلم والقهر في کثير من العصور السابقة على الإسلام، فلم تنل حقوقها الإنسانية أو الدينية أو الاجتماعية
أو السياسية، بل إنها ظلمت ظلما کبيرا، فسلب منها حقها معظم جوانب الدين والحياة، کحقها في التکريم الإلهي لها، وفي التعليم، وفي العمل، وفي الإرث، وفي المهر، وفي التملک، وفي التصرف فيما تملک، وفي المشارکة السياسية، ... الخ، بل بلغ الأمر في ظلمها إلى أنها کانت تورث کالمال والمتاع، وأحيانا تقتل خشية الفقر أو العار.
حتى جاء الإسلام برسالته الخاتمة، ودستوره العظيم، القرآن الکريم، فانتصر لکل الضعفاء، وعلى رأسهم المرأة، فأنصفها من أنواع الظلم والقهر التي عاشتها قرونا من الزمان، وأکرمها وبوَّأها مکانة عالية، فتنسمت عبير الحرية، ونالت حقوقها کاملة، وتساوت مع الرجل في مکانته ومنزلته، وقرر لها القرآن الکريم کافة حقوقها الإنسانية، والدينية، الاجتماعية، والاقتصادية والسياسية، ومکَّنها منها کالرجل تماما، ولم يفرق بينها وبين الرجل إلا بحسب الفطرة التي فطرها الله عليها، لا انتقاصا من إنسانيتها أو من حقوقها لکونها أنثى، ولم يجعل الله تعالى حقوقها مِنَّةً ولا تفضلا من أحد، وإنما جعل ذلک دينا وشرعا يتعبد له سبحانه به. ويأتي هذا البحث ليبين أهم جوانب هذا التمکين في ضوء القرآن الکريم.
History proves that women suffered from injustice and oppression in many eras prior to Islam. They did not obtain their human, religious, social or political rights. Rather, they were wronged by a great injustice. And in work, in inheritance, in the dowry, in ownership, in disposing of what you own, in political participation, ... etc ,Rather, the matter reached its injustice to the extent that it was inherited like money and possessions, and sometimes killed for fear of poverty or shame..
Until Islam came with its final message and its great constitution, the Noble Qur’an, and it triumphed for all the weak, and on top of them the woman. He was fair to her from the types of oppression and oppression that she had lived through for centuries, and honored her and granted her a high position. The Noble Qur’an has all her human, religious, social, and custody rights, and enabled her to be completely like a man, and there was no differentiation between her and the man according to the instinct that God created her, neither diminishing her selfishness or her rights because she is a female, and God Almighty did not make her rights a favor nor a preference for anyone, Make it legitimately worship him Almighty. This research shows the most important aspects of this empowerment in light of the Holy Quran.
