منهج الإمام السيوطي في الترجيحات من خلال کتابه التحبير في علم التفسير

 
صنف الإمام السيوطي کتاب التحبير في علم التفسير، وهو من أهم المصنفات التي تُبرز منهجه في الترجيحات، وهذا البحث يجيب عن إشکالية مؤداها: ما هو منهجه في الترجيحات؟، وما هي القواعد التي بنى عليها الإمام السيوطي منهجه فيها؟، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان منهج الإمام السيوطي في الترجيحات، ومدى موافقته أو مخالفته غيره من العلماء، وذلک من خلال صيغ وقواعد الترجيح عنده، وموقفه من المسائل المختلف فيها اللازمة للترجيح أو الحيدة، وتأکد ذلک من خلال أنماط ونماذج من ترجيحاته في کتاب التحبير في علم التفسير، منها ما يتعلق بالمکي والمدني، ومنها ما يتعلق بأسباب النزول، ومنها ما يتعلق بالمبهمات، وغير ذلک من النماذج، متبعاً في ذلک المنهج الاستقرائي، والمنهج التحليلي، وعليه فقد ثبت تنوع أدلة السيوطي في ترجيح الأقوال بدلالة القرآن، أو بدلالة الحديث، أو بدلالة الأثر، أو بدلالة الإجماع، أو بدلالة اللغة، أو بدلالة السياق، أو بدلالة قول الجمهور، ونحو ذلک من الوجوه، وکذلک دعم ردوده على الأقوال المخالفة بالأحاديث والآثار، وعزوها لمصادرها، وعدم التشنيع أو التهجم على أصحاب الأقوال المخالفة، واتباع القول الذي يرجحه بالحجة والبرهان، وقليل ما يرجح بدون ذکر الدليل على ترجيحه.
