الفتاوى في القضايا العقدية المعاصرة الأهمية والآثار

يجب العناية في الفتوى سيما في باب العقائد إذ حماية جناب التوحيد وصحة المعتقد من أولى الواجبات، والاخلال به والانحراف عنه يجر على أمة الإسلام شروراً عظيمة، وابتعاداً وجهلاً بوسطية هذا الدين القويم. ولهذا ارتأيت أن أبحث في: "الفتاوى في القضايا العقدية المعاصرة (الأهمية والآثار)". وقسمت هذا البحث إلى مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث: جاء في المقدمة: أهمية البحث والمنهج المتبع فيه. والمبحث الأول: مقدمات تمهيديه حول الفتوى وضوابطها، أما المبحث الثاني: فهو في المراد بالقضايا المعاصرة، وأهمها في باب التوحيد والمذاهب الفکرية، وجاء المبحث الثالث: في الآثار الإيجابية والسلبية للفتاوى في القضايا العقدية المعاصرة، ثم الخاتمة: وفيها أهم نتائج البحث وتوصياته.
The fatwa must be taken care of, especially in the chapter on beliefs, as protecting the aspect of monotheism and the validity of belief is one of the first duties, and breaching it and deviating from it leads to great evils on the ummah of Islam, and distancing and ignorance of the moderation of this righteous religion. That is why I decided to research: "Fatwas on contemporary doctrinal issues (significance and implications)." This research was divided into an introduction and three sections: It came in the introduction: the importance of the research and the methodology used in it. The first topic: introductory introductions to the fatwa and its controls. As for the second topic, it concerns contemporary issues, the most important of which are in the chapter on monotheism and intellectual doctrines. The third topic is the positive and negative effects of fatwas on contemporary doctrinal issues, and then the conclusion: It contains the most important results of the research and its recommendations.
