القرائن من أهم الموضوعات الأصولية، التي تواکب التجديد والتطوير، وذلک لما لها من تأثير في النص ثبوتا، ودلالة، وإحکاما، ورجحانا، ولا يستغني عنها الفقيه والقاضي والمجتهد.
وهذا البحث جاء تلبية للحاجة الماسة لمعرفة القرائن ولتنظيم الجزئيات والمسائل المتعلقة بها في أبواب الکتب الأصولية المختلفة، ليجمعها في بحث واحد، وليبين أهمية القرائن ومدى حاجة المجتهد إليها.
فبدأ البحث بتحديد مصطلح القرائن ـ خاصة وأن الأقدمين لم يتعرضوا لبيان المصطلح بتعريف جامع مانع، وإنما عرفوا أقسامها، وأنواعها ـ وأقسامها، وحجبتها، ثم أتى بفصل خاص بأثر القرائن في المسائل الفقهية المخرجة عليها.
The evidence is one of the most important fundamentalist topics that keep pace with renewal and development, because of its evident influence, significance, wisdom, and probability in the text, and the jurist, judge and mujtahid cannot do without it.
This research came in response to the urgent need to know the clues and to organize the parts and issues related to them in the chapters of various fundamentalist books, to collect them in one research, and to explain the importance of evidence and the extent of the mujtahid’s need for it.
The research began with defining the term clues - especially since the ancients did not expose the term to the definition of a collector of mane, but rather knew its divisions, types - and divisions, and withheld it, then came up with a chapter on the impact of clues on the jurisprudential issues that are produced on them.
