منهج نقد الرواية في عصر الصحابة

تناول البحث موضوع منهج نقد الرواية في عصر الصحابة يأخذ البحث أهمية من عدة جوانب منها أنه دراسة البحث لمنهجية تحمل الصحابة للرواية وأثر هذه المنهجية في تأسيس ضوابط تحمل الرواية وضبطها ونشرها في العصور اللاحقة ، وتمثلت مشکلة البحث في بيان أن عصر الصحابة هو العصر المؤسس لوضع قوانين رواية الحديث ويحاول البحث دراسة منهجية تحمل الصحابة للرواية وکيفية ضبطها وإلى أي مدي أثرت تلک المنهجية في المساعدة على تأسيس ضوابط تحمل الرواية وضبطها وسعى البحث لتحقيق عدة أهداف منها بيان مفهوم الرواية والتعرّف على ملامح عناية المحدثين بالرواية بجانب والوقوف على منهجية تحمل الصحابة للرواية وقام البحث على المنهج التاريخي الوصفي الذي يستند على الوصف والتحليل ومن نتائج البحث هناک عدة مظاهر تدل على اهتمام الصحابة رضي الله عنهم بالسُّنَّة، ومن أهمها منها الحرص على حضور مجلس رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لسماعه والرواية عنه والاقتداء به والالتزام بأوامره وتوجيهاته واحتاط الصحابة في التحديث احتاطوا أيضًا وتثبتوا في قبول الأخبار عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم خشية الوقوع في الخطأ و من منهج تثبت الصحابة رضي الله عنهم في قبول الأخبار طلبهم شاهدًا على السماع ، والتشدد في الحفظ والأداء ، بجانب أنهم تشددوا مع الآخرين الذين يتلقون عنهم حديث رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ومن توصي الباحثة بضرورة العناية بالسنة النبوية حفظاً وتطبيقاً في شتى مناحي حياتنا المعاصرة فقد أجمع العلماء من عصر الصحابة إلى يومنا هذا بأن السنة هي الأصل الثاني من أصول التشريع، وأنها حجة في إثبات الأحکام تبعا للقرآن، واستقلالا في بعض الأحکام کما توصي الباحثة بضرورة الاستفادة من منهجية الصحابة في قبول ونقد الرواية وتطبيق هذه المنهجية في نقد الروايات في هذا العصر لما في ذلک من حقظ للحديث النبوي الشريف .
The research deals with the topic of the methodology of criticism of the novel in the era of the Companions. The research takes importance in several aspects, including that the research study of the methodology of the Companions carrying the novel and the effect of this methodology in establishing controls that carry the novel and its control and its publication in later ages, and the problem of the research was to show that the era of the Companions is the founding age for the establishment of laws The narration of the hadith and the research tries to study a methodology that holds the Companions to the novel, how to control it, and to what extent that methodology influenced the establishment of controls that carry the novel and its control. The descriptive historical approach that is based on description and analysis and from the results of the research there are several aspects that indicate the companions’s interest in the Sunnah, the most important of which is the keenness to attend the Council of the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, to hear and narrate about him and follow him and adhere to his orders and directives. And be firm in accepting the news from the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, for fear of falling into error. The acceptance of the news is their request as a witness to hearing, and strictness in memorization and performance, besides that they were strict with others who received the hadith of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and from the researcher's recommendation of the need to take care of the Prophet’s Sunnah in order to preserve and apply it in various aspects of our contemporary life. This is that the Sunnah is the second principle of the fundamentals of legislation, and that it is an argument in proving rulings according to the Qur’an, and independence in some rulings. The researcher also recommends the need to benefit from the methodology of the Companions in accepting and criticizing the novel and applying this methodology in criticizing the narrations in this era because that includes the preservation of the hadith Sharif.
