رواية المَحاملي لصحيح البخاري بين الإثبات والنّفي

اهتمّت الأمّة بصحيح البخاري اهتمامًا کبيرًا , وکان من صور ذلک الاهتمام أن تعدّدت رواياته , وتناقلته الأمّة جيلًا بعد جيل .
ومِن تلک الروايات رواية المحاملي , لکن وقع خلافٌ بين أهل العلم حول إثباتها ونفيها , فاجتهدتُ في تحرير هذه المسألة , من خلال هذا البحث , والذي جعلتُه بعنوان :
( رواية المَحاملي لصحيح البخاري بين الإثبات والنّفي ) .
ويتفرّع هذا الخلاف إلى ثلاثة أقوال , وهي :
القول الأول : إثبات سماعه لجميع صحيح البخاري .
القول الثاني : نفي سماعه لصحيح البخاري مطلقا .
القول الثالث : إثبات سماعه لبعض صحيح البخاري .
وقد تعرّضتُ لمناقشة هذه الأقوال الثلاثة قدر الوسع والطاقة , وذهبت إلى ترجيح القول الثالث ؛ وذلک لتوافر القرائن والأدلّة التي تعضده .
ثم قمتُ بجمع الروايات التي رواها المحاملي عن البخاري ؛ لتعلّق ذلک بموضوع البحث , ووقفت على روايته لأحاديث تجعل النفس تطمئن لروايته عن البخاري بعض الصحيح , وتبقى روايته لجميع الصحيح محلّ نظر .
محاولًا في ذلک کلّه أن أسلُک مسلَک الاستقراء والتحرير والتدقيق , سائلًا المولى عز وجلّ العون والتوفيق والسّداد , والحمد لله رب العالمين .
The ummah paid great attention to Sahih al-Bukhari. One of the manifestations of that attention was Sahih al-Bukhari's various narrations and its transmutation from a generation to another.
One of these narrations was al-Mahamili's. Ulama have disagreements about its proof and denial. I hardly attempted to investigate this issue through this research, which I entitled "Al-Mahamili's narration for Sahih al-Bukhari between proof and denial." .
There are three opinions regarding this issue.
First, proofing al-Mahamili's hearing for all of Sahih Al-Bukhari.
Second, absolutely denying his hearing.
Third, proofing his hearing for some of Sahih al-Bukhari.
I discussed these three opinions as far as possible. I came to conclude that the third opinion is the correct one due to the availability of the supporting clues and evidence.
Then, I collected the accounts that al-Mahawali narrated from al-Bukhari since this was related to the research. I found evidence that proofs his narration for some of al-Bukhari's hadiths. Al-Mahamili's narration for all al-Bukhari's saheeh remains subject to discussion. I utilized induction, liberation and scrutiny approaches.
