معالمُ التشريع ِالإسلاميِ في حفظِ النفوسِ الإنسانيةِ دراسة عَقَديَّة

هذا بحث بعنون:(معالمُ التشريع ِالإسلاميِ في حفظِ النفوسِ الإنسانيةِ دراسة عَقَديَّة) الهدف منه التعرف على المفاهيم المتعلقة بالنفس الإنسانية، و معالم الشريعة الإسلامية في حفظ النفوس الإنسانية، دور العقيدة الإسلامية الصحيحة في الحفاظ عليها،و بيان کمال الشريعة الإسلامية في حفظ النفوس الإنسانية، وقصور القوانين الوضعية
وتناول البحث بالتحليل والدراسة: مکانة النفوس في الإسلام، وتشريعه لها. من خلال حفظ النفوس بتشريع الزواج، وتحريم الفواحش، ووجوب الاعتناء بالنفس الإنسانية والحفاظ عليها، وحفظها بما يبقيها من الطعام والشراب واللباس والسکن، وحفظها من الأمراض بالأمر بالتداوي، وإباحة الرخص بالحفاظ على النفس، و مشروعية دفع الصائل وحق الدفاع عن النفس، وتحريم الاعتداء على النفس الإنسانية، بتحريم الاعتداء على الجنين بعد نفخ الروح فيه، وتحريم قتل الأولاد لأي مبرر، وتحريم وأد البنات.
 وکذلک تناول البحث عظمة نفوس غير المسلمين: بالمعاهدة والذمة والاستجارة، والعصمة بالسن والنوع والعبادة. وحفظ الأمن والمجتمع برد العدوان عنه، واحترازات الشريعة في بقاء عصمة النفوس الإنسانية، للمسلمين وغير المسلمين، من خلال القرآن والسنة.
This is a study entitled: (The features of Islamic legislation in preserving human souls a doctrinal study) The aim is to identify the concepts related to the human soul, the features of Islamic law in preserving human souls, the role of the correct Islamic belief in preserving it, and the perfection of Islamic law in preserving human souls , And deficiencies of man-made laws
The research deals with analysis and study: the status of souls in Islam, and its legislation for them. By preserving souls by legislating marriage, prohibiting immorality, the necessity to take care of and preserving the human soul, preserving it with what keeps it from food, drink, clothing and housing, protecting it from diseases by ordering medication, permitting licenses for self-preservation, and the legitimacy of paying the means and the right to self-defense, and the prohibition of abuse The human soul, by the prohibition of assaulting the fetus after the soul has been breathed into it, the prohibition of killing children for any justification, and the prohibition of infanticide of girls.
 The research also dealt with the greatness of non-Muslims' souls: with treaty, dhimma, investment, and infallibility by age, gender, and worship. Preserving security and society by rejecting aggression from it, and Sharia precautions in maintaining the infallibility of human souls, for Muslims and non-Muslims, through the Qur’an and the Sunnah.
