يشتمل هذا البحث على عدة نقاط مهمة، لکثير من الناس في بيع البيع الطعام، وهي على النحو التالي:
أهمية الطعام وشرفه عند الشريعة الاسلامية، حيث جعلت قيودا مهمة زيادة في الاحتياط، في التعامل به، حتى لا يتعرض للتلاعب والاحتکار من طرف مجموعات قليلة يتضرر بها عامة الناس.
فاشتمل هذا البحث المختصر على مقدمة ومبحثين، وخاتمة، تطرق المبحث الأول للتعريف بالعلة، والمبحث الثاني لقبض الطعام وعلة ذلک.
 
This research includes several important points, for many people in selling food, which are as follows:
The importance of food and its honor according to Islamic law, as it made important restrictions an increase in the precaution, in dealing with it, so that it is not subject to manipulation and monopoly by a few groups that harm the general public.
This brief research included an introduction and two papers, and a conclusion. The first section dealt with the definition of the cause, and the second topic dealt with food seizure and the cause of it.
