الضوابط المعتبرة في نفي سماع الرواة من شيوخهم

تتناول هذه الدراسة مسألة من أهم مسائل علم علل الحديث وهي نفي سماع الرواة من شيوخهم الذين يظن ثبوت السماع بينهما واتصال السند.
وقد اعتنت هذه الدراسة بجمع القرائن الدالة على انتفاء السماع فيها مع ضرب الأمثلة الدالة عليه من خلال تطبيقات نقاد الحديث.
وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان شدة تحري الأئمة في التأکد من صحة السماع الموجود في الأسانيد من عدمه.
واتبع الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي لجمع هذه القرائن، ثم أتبع ذلک بالمنهج النقدي المعتمد على التحليل بدراسة هذه القرائن وبيان مدى وجاهتها وقوتها في ميزان النقد الحديثي.
This study deals with one of the most important issues of the science of Illal , which are the evidences that reveal the illusion of some narrators in the methods of performance between two narrators (rewa) to confirm the hearing and the isnaads connection between them.
This study worked on collecting these evidences ,clarifying their diversity , examining them and giving examples to show how al hadith critics used them .
 
This study aims at clarifing the severity of al hadith critics in ascertaining the validity of the hearing which is found in some of al isnaads.
The researcher followed the inductive method to collect these evidence. Then, he used the critical approach based on the analysis to study these evidence and to clarify the extent of its validity and strength in accordance to the measures of al hadith critics.
