نَقْدُ أبي بَکرٍ الخَلّالِ للمَروِيّاتِ الفِقْهِيَّةِ عَنِ الإمَامِ أَحْمَدَ بنِ حَنْبَل جَمْعًا ودِرَاسَة

جمعتُ في هذا البحث المرويّاتِ الفقهيةِ عن الإمام أحمد بن حنبل التي تعقّبَ الخلّالُ فيها رواتها بالنقدِ لما رَووه، وعقَدتُه في مُقدمةٍ مُوجزةٍ وتمهيدٍ حوَى ثلاثةَ مطالبَ، ترجمتُ فيها لأبي بکر الخلّال وبيّنتُ مکانتَه العلمية، ثم ذکرتُ أسباب نقدِه لهذه المرويّاتِ على رواتِها عن الإمامِ أحمد. وطريقتي فيه: أنني أبدأ بذِکر نصِّ المسألةِ، واسم راويها عن الإمام أحمد، ثم أُعقِبُه بذِکر من حکاها روايةً عن الإمامِ، ومَن اختارها من فقهاء المذهب، ثم أذکر کلامَ الخلّالِ فيها، وسببَ نقدِه لها، ومَن وافقَه أو خالفَه، ثم أختم المسألةَ بما ظهرَ لي فيها إن کان مُخالِفًا لحُکم الخلّال. ورُبما ذکرتُ وجهَ المسألةِ إن کان خفيًّا.
وقُمتُ بترقيم مسائله، وترتيبها على حسب ترتيب أبواب الفقه الحنبلي. وقد بلغَ مجموع هذه المسائل: سبعٌ وعشرون مسألة.
ثم ختمتُ البحث بأهم النتائج والتوصيات، وصلّى اللهمَّ وسلّمَ على نبيِّنا محمد.
 
In this research I collected the jurisprudential narratives on the authority of Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal, which followed the defect in which he narrated it with criticism when they narrated it, and I compiled it in a brief introduction and preface containing three demands, in which I translated Abu Bakr Al-Khallal’s scholarly position and explained his scholarly position, then I mentioned the reasons for his criticism of Ahmad. My way in it is: I start by mentioning the text of the issue, and the name of the narrator on the authority of Imam Ahmad, then follow it up with a mention of the narration of it from the Imam, and the jurists who chose it from the doctrine, then mention the words of the defect in it, the reason for his criticism of it, and those who agreed with him or disagreed with him, and then concluded the matter with what appeared. I have it if it is contrary to the judgment of the defect. Perhaps I mentioned the face of the issue if it is hidden.
I numbered his issues, and arranged them according to the order of the chapters of Hanbali jurisprudence. The total of these issues reached: twenty-seven issues.
Then I concluded the research with the most important findings and recommendations, and God’s prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad.
