من عناية علماء الأمة رحمهم الله بالترجيح بين الأدلة المتعارضة عند المجتهدين تقسيم أنواع المرجحات باعتبارات کثيرة ومنها المرجحات باعتبار المدلول أي الحکمين الناتجين عن الدليلين المتعارضين
ذلک أن الأحکام المستفادة من الأدلة لها الأثر الکبير في عملية الترجيح
وهذا ما حاول البحث أن يبينه ويلقي الضوء عليه من خلال العناية بالقواعد الترجيحية لتعارض المدلولات والمؤثرات من الأحکام والمقاصد في هذه المرجحات مع ذکر أمثلة لهذه المرجحات وبيان أحکامها وأثر القواعد الترجيحية فيها والله الموفق لکل خير والهادي للصواب والحق
Of the care of the nation’s scholars, may God have mercy on them, by weighting between the contradictory evidence of the diligents, dividing the types of weightings with many considerations, including the weightings, considering the significance, i.e. the two judgments resulting from the two contradictory evidence.
That is because judgments learned from the evidence have a great impact on the weighting process.
This is what the research tried to clarify and sheds light on by taking care of the weighting rules for the conflict of the connotations and influences of the judgments and intentions in these weightings with mentioning examples for these weightings and their provisions and the effect of the weighting rules in them.
And God is the conciliator for every good and the guide to right path
