ومن التوصيات: - إنشاء هيئة علمية تختص بجانب الحسبة والرقابة، وتهتم بدراسات الحسبة والرقابة في الموضوعات المتعلقة بجهود المملکة العربية السعودية منذ تأسيسها في الحسبة والرقابة
تفعيل الجانب الرقابي في جميع جهات المؤسسات الحکومية والخاصة، وإجراء دراسات ميدانية؛ للکشف عن تفعيل الجانب الرقابي في هذه الجهات.
To know the contents of Hisbah and Censorship in the royal speeches which were delivered by the Custodian of Two Holy Mosques King Salman Bin Abdulaziz (May Allah protect him) on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
The research relied on inductive and analytical approaches and was divided into a preface and three topics which included the establishment of “Hisbah and Censorship” in the era of the Custodian of Two Holy Mosques King Salman Bin Abdulaziz (May Allah protect him) and contents of Hisbah and Censorship in the royal speeches which were delivered by the Custodian of Two Holy Mosques King Salman Bin Abdulaziz (May Allah protect him) on the occasions of Eid-ul-Fitr between the years 1437 – 1441 HC.
Most Prominent Results: The effects of royal speeches delivered by the Custodian of Two Holy Mosques King Salman Bin Abdulaziz (May Allah protect him) on the occasions of Eid-ul-Fitr on a global level and their inclusion of contents of Hisbah and Censorship.
Recommendations: The research recommends establishing a scientific body concerned to the aspect of Hisbah and Censorship and focuses on the studies of Hisbah and Censorship on the topics related to the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since its establishment regarding Hisbah and Censorship.
 Also, the research recommends the activation of aspect of censorship in all government agencies and establishments and conducts a field survey to reveal its activation in those agencies.
