رسالة في الفرق بين الحقيقة والمجاز تصنيف: محمد بن أبي المکارم بن الحسن بن جامع ابن المعمار البغدادي الحنبلي

تناوَل الباحثُ في هذه الرسالة تحقيق أحد مخطوطات تراث المذهب الحنبلي، وهي: «رسالة في الفَرْق بين الحقيقة والمجاز»، من تأليف: کمال الدين أبي عبد الله محمد بن أبي المکارم بن الحسن بن جامع، المعروف بابن المعمار البغدادي، ويَعود تاريخ هذا المخطوط إلى سنة 605هـ.
وهذه الرسالة قد صنَّفها ابنُ المعمار البغداديُّ اعتراضًا على ما ذکَرَه الأصوليُّون في تقريرهم مِن الفَرْق بين الحقيقةِ والمجازِ؛ حيث لم يَرتَضِ ابنُ المعمار البغداديُّ ذلک الفَرْقَ؛ فأنشَأ هذه الرسالةَ، محرِّرًا فيها مدرک الفَرْق ووَجْه الاعتراض عليه.
وتُعَدُّ هذه الرسالةُ من بواکير المصنَّفات النَّقدية المُفرَدة في عِلم أصول الفقه عمومًا، وفي مسائل الحقيقة والمجاز على وجْهٍ أخَصَّ.
وقد مَهَّدَ الباحثُ للتحقيق بالدِّراسات الآتية:
أوَّلًا: جهود علماء الحنابلة في التَّصنيف في الحقيقة والمجاز.
ثانيًا: ترجمة ابن المعمار البغداديِّ.
ثالثًا: دراسة نسبة الرِّسالة، وموضوعها.
In this thesis the researcher dealt with the verification of one of the manuscripts which is related to the Hanbali school of thought, which is “A Treatise on the Difference between Truth and Metaphor” written by Kamal Al Din Abu Abdullah Mohamad Ibn Abu Al MakaremIbn Al Hassan Ibn Jame’a, who is known as Ibn Al Mi’mar Al Baghdadi, and this manuscript dates back to the year 605 AH.
Ibn Muammar Al Baghdadi has classified this thesis in order to object to what the fundamentalists mentioned in their report on the difference between truth and metaphor, as Ibn Muammar Al Baghdadi was not satisfied with that difference, so he created this thesis, citing the differences mentioned and his objection to each of them.
This thesis is considered As one of the first unique critical works in the science of UsulAlFiqh in general, and in issues of truth and metaphor in particular. The researcher paved the way for the verification through the following studies:
Firstly: The efforts which were made by Hanbali scholars in classification regarding to the issue of truth and metaphor.
Secondly: Interpretation of Ibn Al Mi’mar Al Baghdadi.
Thirdly: studying that to whom the thesis is affiliated, as well as what is its topic.
