إن الواقع يشهد على حدوث تطور کبير في التقدم التکنولوجي الذى أصبح عنصراً أساساً في حياتنا الاجتماعية, فقد تدخل هذا التقدم في مجال أطعمتنا وأدويتنا التي لا نستطيع عنها بداً ولا فکاکا وباتت ضرورة من ضرورات الحياة . وکثير من الأطعمة والأغذية التي يتدخل فيها التقدم التکنولوجي تثير شکوکاً عند مستخدميها من المسلمين , خاصة من يتحرون الحلال ويبتعدون عن الحرام , فتکثر أسئلتهم واستفتاءاتهم هل هذا الطعام أو ذاک الدواء يحل تداوله واستخدامه أو لا ؟ وفي مثل ذلک تثور المشاکل , وتکثر الأسئلة , ويتحير العامة من الناس . ولقد ظهر في مجتمعنا المسلم مصطلح تداوله الناس بکثرة , فمنهم من سمع ولم يلق له بالا‼ , ومنهم من سمع فسأل عن طبيعته , ومصادره , واستخداماته , وموقف الشرع الحکيم منه , ولقد عرف هذا المصطلح باسم" الجيلاتين " . وبالبحث عن هذا العنصر تبين لي مدي تداخله في شتى مجالات حياتنا الطبيعية , وعلى مستوى الأغذية , ومجالاتها المتعددة , ووجدت أيضاً قلة ما کتب فيه من الناحية الفقهية , والتي نحن بصدد الاشتغال بها , ولم يتعد ما کتب فيها أکثر من إجابات عن أسئلة في منتديات علمية , أو منتديات على سبيل العرض لشيء مستحدث تدور حوله قضايا مثيرة . فدفعني ذلک إلى أن عزمت أن أفرد بحثاً ألقي من خلاله نظرة فقهية علي الجلاتين, حتى يسهل على من أراد أن يعرف شيئا عن الجلاتين وموقف الفقه الإسلامي منه, وقمت بتقسيم جزئيات البحث إلى المفهوم العلمي للجيلاتين ومصادر الجيلاتين وطرق استخراجه واستخدامات الجيلاتين والأحکام الفقهية للجيلاتين في الفقه الإسلامي. ثم خاتمة البحث , وتوصياته , وفهارسه.
Reality attests to a significant development in technological progress, which has become a basic element in our social life. This progress has interfered in the field of our foods and medicines, which we cannot afford, nor have we, and have become a necessity of life. Many of the foods and foods that technological advances interfere raise doubts among their Muslim users, especially those who investigate the halal and move away from the forbidden, so their questions and referendums abound. Is this food or this drug permissible circulation and use? First ? In that, problems arise, questions abound, and the public is baffled by people. In the Muslim community, the term people circulated abundantly appeared in it, some of whom heard it and did not give him any‼, and some of them heard and asked about its nature, its sources, its uses, and the position of the wise Sharia from it, and this term was known as "gelatin". And by searching for this element, it became clear to me how much it overlapped in various areas of our natural life, on the level of food, and its multiple fields, and I also found a lack of what was written in terms of jurisprudence, which we are working on, and what was written in it did not exceed more than answers to questions in scientific forums, or Forums for the presentation of something new around which exciting issues revolve. This led me to intend to devote a research through which I took a juristic view of gelatin, so that it would be easier for those who wanted to know something about gelatin and the position of Islamic jurisprudence from it, and I divided the research particles into the scientific concept of gelatin, sources of gelatin, methods of extracting it, gelatin uses and jurisprudence provisions of gelatin in jurisprudence Islamic. Then the research conclusion, recommendations, and indexes.
